You gain access to our Slack channel, where you can communicate with our team and fellow customers for support and advice. Additionally, we set up your account in ScanPower for ASC connection, streamlining your workflow from the start.

Monthly Membership

Our monthly membership grants you access to our comprehensive prep services. You retain the right to globally access our service for capacity management purposes, ensuring that we can meet your needs efficiently. As a member, you enjoy exclusive benefits, including access to PrepWorks resources, software tools, and Slack support. You also have the opportunity to participate in bi-weekly Q&A calls, where you can gain insights, ask questions, and stay updated on industry trends. Every new member is granted a 30 day free trial.

Slack Support Channel

Our Slack support channel provides you with unlimited access to our team and resources. You can receive member announcements, personalized assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting directly through Slack. This real-time communication platform ensures prompt responses to your inquiries, helping you overcome any challenges you encounter during the prep process.

Office Hours Q&A Call

Join us bi-weekly for our Office Hours Q&A call hosted by the experts, Melissa and Loretta. This open Zoom session allows you to ask any questions, seek advice, and consult with our experienced team. Discounted Pricing Tiers

Unlock exclusive savings with our discounted pricing tiers designed to reward your business growth on Amazon. Whether you're just starting out or experiencing rapid expansion, our tiered pricing structure ensures that you benefit from competitive rates tailored to your volume of units processed each month. Your pricing tier for the current month is determined by the total volume of units processed globally in the previous month. This ensures that your pricing reflects your current business activity, providing transparency and fairness in our pricing model.

Tier 1 (up to 399 units per month):

This tier caters to sellers with moderate volumes, offering cost-effective solutions to streamline your operations. Enjoy discounted rates on our comprehensive range of prep services, including order and unit processing, packaging, labeling, and more. With Tier 1 pricing, you can maximize your savings while maintaining the quality and efficiency of your Amazon FBA business.

Tier 2 (400+ units per month):

For high-volume sellers, Tier 2 unlocks even greater savings and efficiencies to propel your business forward. As your sales grow, so do your benefits, with discounted rates that reflect your increased volume. Take advantage of reduced costs across all our prep services, ensuring that your business remains competitive and profitable in the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce.

Our tiered pricing model applies globally and is designed to adapt to your business needs dynamically. As your sales volume fluctuates, our pricing tiers adjust accordingly, ensuring that you always receive the most competitive rates. Whether you're ramping up for peak seasons or scaling back during quieter periods, our flexible pricing structure ensures that you can optimize costs without compromising on quality or service.

Order Processing

Our order processing service handles each shipment from your supplier with precision and efficiency. We manage order processing, inbound shipment receiving, and provide confirmation and communication of any issues that may arise. With our streamlined OneTouch approach, you can trust that your orders are handled promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth operations for your business.

Unit Processing

Our unit processing service is calculated on a per item basis and ensures that each item in your shipment meets Amazon's compliance standards. We confirm shipment contents, conduct packaging inspections, apply FNSKU labels (21 or 30 up), and affix shipping labels for outgoing cartons. With a minimum requirement of 20 units per Amazon inbound request or a minimum charge of $25, we ensure that your items are prepared for fulfillment efficiently and cost-effectively. Unit processing does not include new boxes if required. All efforts will be made to re-use existing boxes at no charge.

Add Polybag/Bubble Wrap and Sticker Removal

We offer additional services to enhance the presentation and protection of your products. Our add-on services include polybagging, bubble wrapping, and sticker removal, ensuring that your items are securely packaged and ready for shipment to customers. Pricing includes material and labor and is charged on a per unit basis.

New Outgoing Box - Small/Large

Every effort is made to re-use existing boxes for shipping. However, some configurations will require new boxes. If your items require new outgoing boxes, we provide the necessary materials to ensure secure packaging. Whether your products are Small (longest side under 18 inches) or Large (longest side over 18 inches), we supply new boxes to accommodate their size, ensuring safe transit to their destination.

Additional Stickers or Requested Labels

We offer customization options for your packaging, including additional required stickers or requested labels such as expiration dates, transparency labels, additional cover labels, country of origin labels, and suffocation warnings. These added details enhance the presentation and compliance of your products and are charged on a per unit basis.

Create Multi-pack or Bundle

Our multi-pack or bundle creation service allows you to package multiple units of your products into sets for sale. We provide polybags, "Sold as Set" labels, and labor to create secure and marketable multi-packs and bundles for your customers. Published pricing is per multi-pack or bundle based on the number of units included in the set. Product boxes for multi-packs or bundles are priced separately.

Custom Label Printing and Application

We offer custom label printing and application services to meet your specific branding and labeling requirements. Whether you need 6up, 4up, or 2up color label printing, we ensure that your products are accurately labeled and ready for sale. Pricing is on a per unit basis.

Special Projects

For unique or complex tasks beyond our standard services, we offer special projects tailored to your needs. Examples include bespoke inspections, box printing, custom packaging, and other specialized projects. Our team is equipped to handle diverse requirements, ensuring that your projects are completed to your satisfaction. Projects priced on a labor and materials basis ($25 minimum project fee applies).

Oversize Carton Handling Fee

For cartons exceeding Amazon specified dimensions or weight limits (over 25 inches or 50 pounds), we apply an oversize carton handling fee. This fee covers the additional resources and handling required to process and prepare oversized items for shipment, ensuring that they meet Amazon's requirements.

Storage beyond 14 days - Small/Large

Should your items require storage beyond the initial 14-day period, we offer storage services for both Small (largest side under 12 inches) and Large (largest side 12 inches or more) items. Storage fees apply per unit, per day, and are contingent on the size and storage requirements of your items. Items with special storage needs may be subject to additional charges. Storage is not applicable if the delay is caused by the warehouse.

Supplier Returns

Our supplier returns service facilitates the return of items from PrepWorks to your suppliers. We handle the return process for you, including per-unit charges, order processing fees, plus any associated freight or handling charges, ensuring a seamless return process for your inventory.

Removals

If you need to remove items from Amazon's inventory, our removals service simplifies the process. We handle the removal of units from Amazon to PrepWorks, with per-unit charges plus a removal order fee. Prior approval is required for removals to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Disposal

For items that need to be disposed of, our disposal service provides a convenient solution. We handle the disposal process, including per-unit charges plus a disposal order fee. Prior approval is required for disposals to ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.

Images for Ungating

If you require images to be submitted for ungating purposes, we offer image capture services. This includes up to 5 images taken with a cell phone, with professional photography available as a separate service. Our image capture services help expedite the ungating process for your products.

Pallet Prep

Our pallet prep service ensures that your products are properly prepared for shipment on pallets. This includes the pallet, wrapping, pallet labeling, and handling, ensuring that your palletized shipments are secure and compliant with shipping requirements. Pallet prep requires 72 hour notice before dispatch.

Carrier/Freight Charges

If you arrange for a carrier other than Amazon's partnered carriers, any charges incurred by EnZone PrepWorks will be passed on to you. This includes freight charges and any associated fees, ensuring transparency in billing for carrier services.

Container Unloading 20' or 40'

For shipments arriving in containers, our container unloading service streamlines the process from start to finish. We handle order processing, inbound shipment receiving, unloading, confirmation, and communication of any issues that may arise during the unloading process. This comprehensive service ensures that your container shipments are efficiently processed and prepared for further distribution.
